You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the Money20/20 Europe team in London and become an integral part of our sales function. This pivotal role will focus on managing our most valuable client relationships while helping to shape the future direction of our retention strategy.
As a Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for retaining a portfolio of our tier 1 and tier 2 existing clients identifying new commercial opportunities and driving growth within this cohort whilst delivering exceptional customer service and representing the Money20/20 brand with the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications :
Proven experience in conference sales B2B Events
Proven success in meeting renewal targets and/or new business growth targets
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
A proven track record of coming up with consultative solutions for clients
Must be extremely customer service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations
Must be detail-orientated and organised; able to multitask and think quickly; a fast learner
Must be self-motivated and energetic; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good computer skills (basic knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint); knowledge of Salesforce
Interest and/or experience in financial services/fintech/tech
