Value Added Distributors LLC is looking for a driven hardworking and enthusiastic Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate to join their team of experts at their Dyersville IA location. The schedule for the Shipping & Receiving position is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The salary range is from $17.50 per hour. This position reports to the Production Manager/Production Lead and will assist in the day-to-day inventory control activities.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities of the Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate:
- Stocking incoming products onto shelves.
- Picking and pulling of parts to job specifications.
- Cycle counting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and the flow of product to the production floor.
- Processing shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Scheduling truck pickups.
- Operating a forklift (training provided).
- Support continuous improvement and quality objectives.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Shipping and Receiving Associate Warehouse:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Computer skills are required
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
- Ability to work quickly high degree of accuracy and independently in a fast-paced environment.
