Posting Title: Helath Tech- Piccolo Onsite Model
Location: Across the US as needed
10 openings:
Start time normally 6:30am - end time normally 3:30 - 4:00pm - MAY VARY based upon clinic volume and first appointment time.

The Team Lead - Piccolo has on-site responsibility for the execution of Catapult Healths on-site clinic events ensuring each participant has a great experience.
The Health Technician - Piccolo has several key tasks that consist of collecting a small blood sample from the patient via a finger stick measuring blood pressure gathering height weight and abdominal circumference measurements managing patient flow troubleshooting technology and communicating with onsite client contact and operations support team.
How you will make an impact:
- Collect small blood sample via fingerstick measure blood pressure as well as height weight and abdominal circumference.
- Actively participate in setting up / taking down the clinic working alongside all assigned att team members assinged.
- Determine and act if any patients are in need of immediate health care per Catapults practices and guidelines.
- Enter all patient information into EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
- Effectively communicate with Team Lead patients and all Catapult Health team members throughout duration of clinic to ensure a smooth and successful clinic.
- Communicate through Team Lead with remote operations team as needed.
- Respond to outreach from the Team Lead related to the clinic assignment arrival time location etc.
What you need to be successful:
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while engaging with patients in a positive way.
- Ability to follow proper clinical process/procedure at all times.
- Ability to report to clinics that begin as early as 5 AM or end as late as 4pm. Punctuality and attendance is critical!
- Reliable transportation to get you to and from events or alternative transportation (airport) as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years of age possess and maintain a valid state drivers license and clear driving history (due to insurability requirements for driving company vans and rental cars).
- Must maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality (patient medical information).
- Naturally approachable with a leadership mentality and level-headed in stressful situations. This is also where your expertise comes into play and truly exhibit the rock star that you are!
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- You will operate in a team environment so ability to get along/work well with others is imperative!
- In order to administer tests to our patients you will be asked to lift stand sit squat for 8 or more hours consistently throughout the day.
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 55 pounds regularly to assist with set-up and take down of clinic as well as refreshing supplies and maintaining technology connectivity throughout the day.
