The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is looking for a collaborative team player to fill the position of Cross-Functional Operations Coordinator I for the Office of The University Registrar. You will be asked to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of our Cross Functional Operations team. The Cross Functional Operations Team supports the Office of the University Registrar specialized teams with daily tasks including peak volume times to uphold the learner first customer mindset. You will ensure best practices which includes use of our available tools university systems and policies. You will report to the Senior Assistant Registrar.
This is a dual-place position. You will work on our Manchester NH campus 1-2 days per week.
What youll do:
Provide customer service while serving on the front lines of the Office of the University Registrar as the full-time generalist of the office.
Act as the Go to Person (G2P) and answer incoming phone calls for the main Registrar telephone line.
Speak to a wide variety of topics across functions including calendars and dates grades registration enrollment transfer credits program modifications program evaluations conferral commencement etc.
Distribute incoming inquiries from students and staff. This includes using different technological platforms such as the SNHU Service Portal customer resource manager (CRM) and student information system.
Complete different tasks for Registrar teams including enrollment verifications diploma name and address changes etc.
Maintain G2P documentation to ensure accurate and information is provided to all employees. Make necessary updates to documentation.
Provide support to Registrar teams with special projects and data entry.
Other responsibilities as assigned. Job responsibilities can change at any time.
What were looking for:
Have a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or the equivalent relevant work experience.
Two successful years of experience working in a customer service setting.
Experience complete tasks using a variety of computer-based technologies.
Familiarity with Student Information Systems is helpful.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $16.94 - $27.11. Actual offer will be based on skills qualifications experience and internal equity in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $18.72 - $25.32.Exceptional benefits (because youre exceptional)
