What will you do
The Senior Manager Sales Compensation will be a key member of the Sales Operations team and provide sales operations leadership for PSG to develop implement and handle strategy and processes for successful commercialization focused on sales force incentive design management and sales rewards and recognition programs. This individual supports the execution of initiatives and projects to drive the commercial sales organization to success within defined strategies and objectives. Additionally they will also have strong discernment analytical skills and the ability to work/influence in a cross-functional environment. Lastly this role will support the governance and administration of quarterly and annual sales incentive compensation including the administration of target setting territory alignments exception processes and plan modeling.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $118100.00$160000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
