Schedule: Part-time less than 16 hours/week Evening shift 3:30pm-7:30pm Varies M-F and weekends

What Youll Do in This Role:
As a Household Homemakeryou will be responsible for brightening the lives of older adults by delivering exceptional customer service and creating meaningful connections. In this role youll handle a variety of dining services including household cooking kitchen assistance and related activities all while fostering a warm welcoming environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create an enjoyable dining experience serving residents and their guests
- Assists with serving resident meals snacks and nourishments.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen dining and service area.
- Prepare food for household meals and snacks that are healthy and appetizing.
- Plans and facilitates activities for residents involve food preparation or other activities specific to the kitchen.
What Youll Need:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant nursing home or retirement community serving older adults desired.
- Certification in Food Handling desired.
- Experience in commercial food preparation and services desired.
- Certification in Dining Assistant or CNA desired.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
