Description

TheTalent Acquisition Partneris integral to developing and implementing a robust campus recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top early-career talent. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for interns co-ops and entry-level hires. Youll play a pivotal role in enhancing the candidate experience while building a strong talent pipeline to support our ongoing role follows ahybrid work model with four days in the office and one remote workday per weekgiving you the best of both collaboration and flexibility. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including internships co-ops and entry level positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels including recruitment events career fairs employee referrals and job boards.
  • Screen and interview candidates assessing qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Contribute and support employer branding initiatives including social media content recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Monitor analyze and report on university recruiting performance.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Who You Are:

You are effective and understand the customers historically today and tomorrow to gather fresh insights. You research initiatives and try new approaches. You define overall goals and objectives. You focus on priorities and set stretch goals.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field
  • One years of Human Resources experience required
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for people and delivering outstanding service to candidates and collaborators
