With 1400 fresh leads monthly were seeking a professional who can drive performance close deals and take full ownership of our used car internet sales process. This is not a training position. We need a leader who knows how tomanage volumeand personally produce results. Our expectation is clear: a closing ratio near 30%.
Manage all incoming digital leads with a focus on speed structure and conversion
Personally work Dealer Socket daily and making80100 outbound calls
Lead and develop sales team with training accountability and process adherence
Drive appointment volume and ensure high show-to-sale ratios
Optimize lead follow-up processes to reduce response time and increase engagement
Collaborate with sales desk and leadership to ensure efficient hand off and high close rates
Track KPIs weekly and adjust strategy based on performance metrics
5 years of automotive Internet/BDC experience required
Sales management or team leadership experience preferred
History of closing at 2530% or higher from digital leads
Deep understanding of DealerSocketand modern lead handling strategies
High-level phone email and texting skills
Ability to motivate a team while remaining personally accountable for results
