Residential Behavioral Specialist
*****$4000 SIGN ON BONUS*****
First $2000 distributed at 30 days Second $2000 distributed at 6 months!
In this important role the Residential Behavior Specialist provides direct clinical assessment and intervention for individuals of the program. Assists in developing Behavior Support Plans with individual and support staff including periodic reviews of treatment plan.
The Residential Behavior Specialist:
- Provides direct therapeutic intervention consultation training and education to families.
- Collaborates with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition.
- Provides services at clients residences day programs or vocational programs as needed
- Completes all clinical documentation including progress notes incident reports etc. as required by the program funding sources and regulatory agencies in a complete accurate and timely manner and in compliance with agency and relevant state protocol.
- Meets productivity levels as set by Program Director and the Division Director.
Schedule: Monday through Fri 9am-5pm (40 hrs)
Salary: $70000/year

Required Skills
- Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
- Valid drivers license safe driving record and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Education Counseling or Applied Behavior Analysis required
At least two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
