Job Description

Job Title:Student Employment: EC Circuitry Lab AssistantDepartment:Biomedical Sciences (Cardiovascular Perfusion)Student Employment Type:Graduate Assistant Tuition WaiverResponsibilities:

Assemble circuitry for heart-lung machines perfusion simulator ventricular assist devices; assist lab instructor by demonstrating techniques to smaller groups of students; answer questions and troubleshoot equipment problems. Support students during open laboratory times.

Qualifications:

Good interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
Must have Califia Perfusion Simulator Experience

Hours of Position:

Up to 10hrs per week
Variable typically Monday or Wednesday (depending on instructor hours) 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm
