Hours:M-F 2nd shift 12 hour shifts 7:00 am-7:30 pm -Every third weekend and holiday
JOB SUMMARY
Works as a team member with one or more cooks in the daily operations of the departmentfor patient and employee food service. Responsible for preparation and delivery of all meals to patients including regular and therapeutic for general departmental sanitation.
Responsible for preparation of all entrees soups hot food and all baked goods for all service points including patients staff physicians visitors and catering.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education formal:
School diploma or equivalent certificate required.
Experience:
1. 1 years experience in food service preferred.
Special Skills and Competencies:
verbal and written communication skills.
to perform detailed assignments follow directions work under pressure and readily adapt to change in routine and work assignments.
