Job Description
Position: Operating Room RN (Direct Hire)
Location: Hauppauge NY
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM (No nights weekends holidays or on-call)
Compensation: $100000 $114000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join a leading ambulatory surgery center specializing in spine orthopedic and pain management procedures. The facility operates 4 ORs and completes 250 300 surgeries monthly. This is a weekday-only role with no on-call or holiday requirements.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct and individualized nursing care in the operating room

Guide supervise and support the surgical services team

Assist in pre-op intra-op and post-op care as needed

Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols

Collaborate with surgical staff and ensure continuity of care
Requirements:

Active NY State RN license (required)

Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience (required)

BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)

Experience in orthopedic spine and/or pain management procedures (preferred)
