Job Summary:
This role is for a Certified Operating Room Technician working a 4x10-hour day shift Tuesday through Friday. The position requires the technician to provide skilled surgical support within an operating room setting. Responsibilities:
- Preparing the operating room and surgical instruments.
- Assisting the surgical team during procedures.
- Maintaining sterile technique and ensuring a safe surgical environment.
- Processing and sterilizing surgical instruments.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Operating Room Technician.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.
- Proficiency in sterile techniques and infection control.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and techniques.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in a variety of surgical specialties.

Special Considerations:
- 4x10-hour day shift Tuesday-Friday.
- Return to office (RTO) required on 9/23-9/26 11/28 and 12/26.
- Blocked schedule required in contract.

Scheduling:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week Tuesday through Friday (0700-1700).
