Job Description
Location: Florham Park NJ
Duration: 6 months
- Install configure and maintain desktop hardware software printers and peripherals.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person phone and remote assistance.
- Manage user accounts permissions and access in Active Directory and other systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including updates patches and antivirus management.
- Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues on desktops and laptops.
- Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices according to organizational standards.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects.
- Asset Management and imaging
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding processes for employees.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users
