Job Title: TGT Social Science Teacher

Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Social Science for students in the TGT level.
- Create and implement an effective curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
- Integrate technology and resources into lessons for a modern learning experience.
- Maintain student records and updating grades consistently.
- Encourage critical thinking and discussion among students on relevant social issues.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
- Organize and engage students in extracurricular activities related to social studies.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their childs progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education or related field.
- Relevant teaching certification for the TGT level.
- Proven experience as a Social Science Teacher or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of educational pedagogy and curriculum standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adept in using technology for educational purposes.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Understanding of student assessment strategies and practices.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques.
- Proficient in lesson planning and execution.
