Job Title: Executive Housekeeper (EH)
Location: Vicenza Italy
The Executive Housekeeper (EH) is responsible for the on-site management and oversight of all housekeeping and environmental cleaning (HEC) services at a medical facility. This role ensures full compliance with contract requirements maintains quality performance and acts as the primary point of contact for all performance-related matters.
- Serve as the designated on-site authority for the contractor on all performance and quality matters.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of housekeeping staff to ensure delivery of HEC services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Implement and execute the Contractor s Quality Control Plan (QCP) including submission of inspection reports and corrective action plans.
- Maintain consistent communication with the COR during duty hours and respond to inquiries within designated timeframes.
- Be available on-site within one (1) working day of notification and within two (2) hours after-hours if required.
- Submit required deliverables and reports as specified in the contract.
Certification Requirements:
- Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) AHE
- Certified/Registered Environmental Services Executive (C/RESE) IEHA
- Minimum of two (2) years HEC experience within the last five (5) years in a medical facility with inpatient outpatient and surgical specialties.
- Supervise on-site personnel and ensure adequate staffing.
- Provide or designate a manager (e.g. Group Leader Shift Supervisor) available during duty hours for communication.
- Maintain an after-hours notification process for emergency or urgent matters.
Certification Requirements: Must hold or obtain one of the following certifications: Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) AHE Certified/Registered Environmental Services Executive (C/RESE) IEHA Experience Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years HEC experience within the last five (5) years in a medical facility with inpatient, outpatient, and surgical specialties. Education
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field 2 4 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement support, ideally within international project environments Strong knowledge of the business landscape in the Philippines and broader Southeast Asia region Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (additional regional languages are a plus)
