Job Description
A growing and dynamic medical clinic is seeking a proactive and personable In-House Recruiter to support its expanding team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities Include:
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting jobs to extending offers
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires
Maintain accurate records and applicant tracking data
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in recruitment preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and hiring
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is a plus
