Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with Inside Sales experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships solving problems and uncovering sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound communications manage accounts assist with orders and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Youll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process orders quotes returns and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Proactively reach out to customers for reorders follow-ups and to promote new products or services.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Coordinate with operations logistics and other departments to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions sales activity and opportunities using CRM software.

  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends customer needs and product performance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • 2 years of customer service experience with a focus on inside sales or account management.
