Job Description
Job Title: Program Manager - Adult Behavioral Health
Location: Taylor MI
Salary: $39.52-$53.19/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (at least one late evening weekly; additional evening/weekend hours as needed)
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Program Manager to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of adult behavioral health programs. This full-time permanent role requires leadership in staff supervision community engagement and program compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical and administrative functions of adult behavioral health services
- Train orient and provide clinical oversight to program staff
- Ensure compliance with various funding and program requirements
- Build and maintain community partnerships
- Participate in program development and evaluation
Qualifications:
- Masters in Social Work Psychology or Counseling
- Full Michigan licensure (LMSW LPC LLP) Required
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in adult mental health or SUD programs
- CAADC credential or MCBAP Development Plan within 30 days of hire
- Experience in program development and evaluation
- Valid drivers license with favorable driving record
- Strong leadership communication and crisis management skills
- Culturally competent and flexible in dynamic environments
