Are you a Spanish speaker with a passion for helping others Join our international customer support team in beautiful Greece! Were looking for friendly and motivated individuals to assist customers by phone chat or email for a leading global brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Spanish (and occasionally English).
Provide accurate information on products services orders and technical support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record customer data and feedback in internal systems.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish (C2 level) both written and spoken.
English B2 skills for internal communication.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a fast-paced environment.
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
