We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Dentist to work within one of our clients established NHS & Private Dental Practices located in Swindon Central.
This Mentorship Scheme will offer you:
- A dedicated Mentor and mentoring structure
- An experienced Practice Manager who will make sure that you get the right training and development to be successful
- Support with your CPD / personal development
- 6-week immersion plan to fully involve you with the business
- An Immigration Team that can support you in the process of applying for your GDC registration and conditional NHS performer number
- This client offers a Sponsorship License which can assist suitable applicants with a Tier 2 UK work visa
The Contract & further Benefits
- You will receive earnings through Independent dental activity on a self-employed basis during the process of obtaining your performer number
- Achievable NHS UDA Amount with opportunity to increase (once Performer number obtained)
- UDA Rate: Competitive UDA rate negotiable dependent on experience
- A UDA contract which offers you an NHS pension scheme and access to NHS sick pay and maternity pay benefits
- This NHS practice offers a very established patient list with excellent potential to increase private potential with 0% finance options offered
- Up to 28 non-clinic-days (inclusive of bank holidays pro rata)
The Working Hours
- The position is available on a full-time/part-time basis.
- Flexible working hours and days to suits you.
- Surgery space available: Monday to Saturday.
Our Clients
Most of our clients are within walking distance from the Town centre or High Street so you will have access to transport links via rail and bus. If you are driving we have a selection of practices that offer on-site parking or youll find a car park nearby.
Our clients offer fully computerised and modern facilities including spacious surgeries staff and decontamination rooms digital x-rays and professional support teams. Some of our clients also offer disability access whilst others offer a comprehensive range of services such as implants sedation orthodontic and endo with the latest Cerec equipment. Each practice is unique.
About You
- Dental degree qualification
- Registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) the UK governing dental body
- You must have passed the IELTS exam to 7.5 score or higher
- You are looking to work in the UK as a Dentist long-term
- You will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience working as a Dental Practitioner
- It is important that you are a personable positive and enthusiastic professional - and that you want to put patients interest first.
- You will have an ability to work in a team with a willingness to learn and teach others
