INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
Are you bold driven and passionate about making your mark in the fashion industry At MESHKI were looking for ambitious interns to join our team across various departments. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience learn from the best and contribute meaningfully to one of Australias leading fashion brands.
Each internship runs for 10 weeks 1 day per week on Thursday based in our Sydney HQ. Applications for our MESHKI Internship Program close on Friday 25th July.

HOW TO APPLY
To apply please submit a cover letter outlining the area of the business youre most interested in along with your CV and the completed mini task relevant to that area. This is your opportunity to showcase your initiative creativity and alignment with MESHKI.
We will only consider applications with a task completed.
Digital Marketing Intern Task:
Create a mock Instagram Story or TikTok campaign for MESHKI to promote a new product drop or upcoming event.
- 1-3 story frames or a 15-30 sec video script idea
- Include a caption and any hashtags
- Tell us why you think it would perform well
Share a digital ad you have loved recently and share 1 2 sentences on why.
Creative Intern Task:
Choose one product on our website and design a mini campaign mood board (PDF or 1-page image).
- Include a theme/concept title
- Choose a model you would cast
- Visual references (lighting styling set)
- One-line creative direction for each
Fashion Design Intern Task:
Sketch (hand-drawn or digital) a dress youd like to see in our next collection.
- Include fabric suggestions and a MESHKI inspired name
- Add a sentence or two on the design inspiration
Buying Intern Task:
Pick a current trend and write a 200 word pitch to the MESHKI buying team explaining:
- Why we should introduce this piece to our upcoming collection
- Where youve seen it trending (runway TikTok influencers)
- How it fits our MESHKI customer and price point
E-Commerce Intern Task:
Monitor global fashion eComm trends and identify the below (ideally mobile user focused):
- New navigation techniques (e.g. swipe-to-shop)
- Emerging Shopify apps or tech
- Styling videos or shopable content in product pages
Merchandise Planner Intern Task:
Pick any product from our site and analyse it from a merchandise planner perspective:
- What makes it a good performer (or not)
- How would you help maximise sales (e.g. placement bundle ideas seasonal timing maximisations)
People & Culture Intern Task:
At MESHKI were always looking for creative meaningful ways to build connection recognition and energy across our team. Your task is to:
- Suggest one small-scale employee engagement idea that could be implemented easily within a fashion company like MESHKI
- It should be cost-effective inclusive and able to run in under 30 minutes
- Tell us briefly: What is the idea Why do you think it would work at MESHKI How would you roll it out
Web Developer Intern Task:

This is an unpaid internship program with a strong focus on industry exposure skill development and mentorship. Interns will leave with real-world experience portfolio-ready work and potential future opportunities at MESHKI.
