Job Description
To be eligible for this position you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
To manage and ensure work is completed in a timely and high-quality fashion on all validation outsource and audit projects. To ensure the appropriate resources are deployed for work on client engagements in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.
Essential Functions
- Analyzes contracts and other documents as required.
- Performs quality assurance checks on data.
- Runs and reviews reports spreadsheets and graphs using internally developed software and workflows.
- Prepares written reports for manufacturers based on analysis.
- Performs research on various companies and topics using the internet and AI.
- Performs reconciliation on sales and chargeback totals as needed.
- Manages project deadlines.
- Handles account management and training responsibilities as assigned.
- Manages client implementation and training projects.
- May assist with department budget process.
- May manage training and SOP documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 4 years relevant work experience required
- 1 - 2 years experience as an IQVIA Business Process Analyst preferred
- Knowledge and strong understanding of manufacturer/wholesaler/distributor relationships and transactions such as positive/negative chargeback (844) data and EDI 852 data
- Knowledge of managed health care and pharmacy benefit management beneficial.
- Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing spreadsheet and database entry.
- Proficient in PC applications such as Excel Microsoft Access and SQL Server
- Expert with Alteryx workflows/reports.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to interact as a team player.
- Managerial skills including a strong focus on team building.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
