The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Quality Multi-Family Manager (Level K) to support our Pos 2 Pos 3 and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) teams within 787 Quality in North Charleston South Carolina. This role involves leading teams of quality technicians responsible for critical airplane testing.
You will manage a group of employees engaged in partnering with various manufacturing disciplines ensuring efficient operations and high quality production. If you are passionate about fostering a collaborative work environment and driving continuous improvement we want to hear from you!

Position Responsibilities:
Leads and manages a high performing team of quality professionals

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners suppliers and direct reports

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience inspecting aircraft/aerospace parts components and/or assemblies for conformance with applicable drawings specifications quality standards and manufacturing plans
3 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role
3 years of experience leading process improvement activities
Experience working and partnering with cross-functional teams
Willingness to work any shift based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
High School diploma or GED
3 years of experience with workload management
Experience working directly with internal suppliers
Prior military related experience
A&P license
Self-motivated works well independently leading teams
