About the Role
As an Associate Client Executive I you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our Growth Accounts within the Tax & Accounting segment. This position focuses on clients with a mid-tier product spend who have the potential to grow into our High Value Account tier. This role requires a proactive approach to account management balancing efficiency with personalized attention to a larger portfolio of clients.
Proactively manage a portfolio of Growth Accounts ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
Drive account expansion and elevate client value through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Conduct regular business reviews and enhance product adoption by providing insights on product and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain accurate CRM records.
Utilize data analytics to monitor account performance and identify trends for increased spend and usage.
About You
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Accounting Finance or a related field complemented by 1-2 years of experience in account management client relations or sales ideally within the software or professional services industry.
Foundational data analysis skills and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills driven by a customer-centric mindset focused on fostering long-term client partnerships.
Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple accounts demonstrating excellent time management organizational skills and self-motivation to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
