Tenancy Coordinator

Location: Bradford Hybrid

Salary:28793 per annum

12 month Fixed Term Contract 35 hours per week Monday Friday 9am-5pm.

About the role

Are you ready to go above and beyond to market our properties and onboard our customers into their new homes

Were looking foraTenancy Coordinatorto join ourAllocations & Lettingsteam inBradford.

As a Tenancy Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to advertise Accents empty homes and successfully onboard new customers. You will work as part of a specialist national lettings team advertising homes directly and in collaboration with Local Authority partners. Your role is essential in ensuring that properties are advertised fairly transparently and in line with relevant legislative and policy frameworks.

Moving into your new home should be an exciting experience so youll work closely with our customers providing support with the application process keeping them up to date with their progress and ensuring they feel fully informed throughout their journey. Empathy and discretion are key as youll discuss each customers circumstances in detail to assess their eligibility and signpost them to any support services they may need.

Its a challenging but rewarding role. Resilience is a key trait as some conversations may not result in a tenant sign up. Youll need to be highly organised to ensure were speaking to the volume of customers needed to convert an empty property into a customers new home.

Salary

The salary for the Tenancy Coordinator post is 28793 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

A role related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real-life situations. Youll be asked to complete a Customer Service Questionnaire in advance.
Planned date: 14th August at our Bradford office.
