Job Description
Overview
Warringtonfire part of Element are seeking a Laboratory Coordinator to support the Lead Laboratory Coordinator in performance of day-to-day administrative tasks at our new facility at Birchwood Park. This is a great opportunity to join a leading Testing Inspection and Certification company Making Tomorrow Safer Than Tomorrow....
Responsibilities
- Raising and goods receipting of purchase orders
- Delivery reconciliation
- Supply partner liaison
- Update and maintain Order Fulfilment Dashboard
- Laboratory data transfer
- Process workwear / PPE Requests
- Update and maintain Training records and matrix
- Arrange and coordinate Team training
- Work with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
- Any adhoc general administrative duties as and when required
Skills / Qualifications
- Good communication and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook Excel Sharepoint and Teams
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Previous experience of working in an office environment
- Working Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
