• Work Schedule: Commit to 35-40 hours per week including weekends as needed
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of the center including class schedules staff supervision and facility maintenance
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with families to ensure their satisfaction and engagement
• Strategic Development: Create and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain currently-enrolled families

• Childcare Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an organized play environment
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team

• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage clearly with staff and guests
• Physical Requirements: Ability to reach bend stoop and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
