You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for driving and supporting daily plant operations through effective management of maintenance resources. Oversees a team of 20-30 direct and indirect personnel aligning efforts with daily and weekly maintenance plans as well as annual goals objectives and projects. Coordinates maintenance schedules with production demands to ensure all work is completed efficiently and on time. Builds monitors and manages both operational and capital budgets in support of the plant manager. Tracks and analyzes maintenance KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicates significant events and critical issues to management as needed and prepares detailed reports summarizing key activities corrective actions and outcomes. Enforces all safety policies and procedures with both internal teams and contractors while maintaining compliance with applicable local state and federal regulations. Ensures work areas remain clean safe and organized and takes on additional duties as required to support overall plant performance.
Brings over five years of experience as a department supervisor in a high-volume large-scale manufacturing environment with deep expertise in process manufacturing equipment and all phases of production. Holds a bachelors degree in a relevant field preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Demonstrates expert-level knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E standards applying them regularly in electrical tasks. Skilled in installing new equipment and modifying existing installations as needed. Well-versed in Statistical Process Control tools such as control charts standard deviation and Cpk with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Possesses strong mechanical skills including interpreting pneumatic system schematics troubleshooting pneumatic systems V-belt tensioning and working with motors drive systems valves contactors starters relays switches power supplies transformers and electrical enclosures. Electrical capabilities include interpreting schematics and PLC diagrams understanding electrical standards using diagnostic tools and applying safety protocols. Has hands-on experience with PLC hardware and Ladder Logic programming. Proficient with computers and communicates effectively both orally and in writing. Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance and able to stand for extended periods.
