Job Summary
Home Center Outlet - Atlanta is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales & Customer Service Professional. This position is full-time and is located in our Atlanta Georgia store and requires excellent customer service and sales skills as well as a commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be highly motivated have the ability to communicate effectively and possess strong organizational and retail skills.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time hourly position and starting salary is $17 to $19 per hour paid bi-weekly with additional annual performance bonus and commission opportunities as well as incredible learning opportunities. Other benefits include medical dental vision insurance 401K retirement and paid vacation time.
Responsibilities
Maintain and build relationships with existing customers while also working to find new customers.
Assist team members with finding and understanding products.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
Ensure customers satisfaction of their purchase in order to build customer loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries provide resolution and escalate unresolved customer issues.
Utilize technology to access customer history.
Take responsibility of the financial performance of the retail counter and ensure the stores policies and procedures are being followed.
Assist in maintaining the store showroom according to company standards.
Requirements
High School Diploma
Prior retail or sales experience
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day
Ability to work within shifts
Exceptional customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
Must be available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
