Job Title: Captive Finance IT Program Manager
Location: USA- Santa Clara California
Department: Information Technology
Job Summary: The Captive Finance IT Program Manager will oversee and manage IT projects and programs within the captive finance sector. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management finance and excellent leadership skills. Also managing multiple Project managers and work streams.

Job Summary: The Captive Finance IT Program Manager will oversee and manage IT projects and programs within the captive finance sector. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management finance and excellent leadership skills. Also managing multiple Project managers and work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and manage multiple IT projects and programs ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. 10 year Plus doing this level of Program management
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with key stakeholders including executives project managers and team members. Develop and implement IT strategies that support the goals of the captive finance business.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including finance teams IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Resource Allocation: Ensuring that resources (budget personnel time) are effectively allocated across the program.
- Risk Management: Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and programs.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Project of $10 million Plus and be able to coordinate many Project managers and work streams. Managing the programs budget and ensuring that projects stay within budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance providing regular updates to senior management. Tracking program performance identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement.

- Experience in proposal writing and contract reviewing.

- Define the program governance
- Plan the overall program and monitor the progress
- Manage the programs budget
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
- Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and utilize resources across projects
- Manage stakeholders communication
- Align deliverables to the programs outcome
- Manage the main program documents
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Finance or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PMP ITIL) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project/program management preferably within the finance sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure software development and financial systems.
- Excellent project management skills including planning execution and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
