Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes sourcing for new candidates scheduling interviews and maintaining records
- Help prepare and print employment contracts and HR-related documents
- Welcome and orient new team members prepare workstations welcome packages and basic equipment
- Support onboarding activities organize presentations introduce team members and conduct office tours
- Maintain and update HR spreadsheets and employee records
- Track employee attendance vacations and sick leaves
- Assist in preparing basic HR reports official letters confirmations and internal memos
- Enter and update employee data in internal databases
- Organize Team building and Team bonding activities
- Communicate with employees regarding HR-related events and activities
- Welcome guests candidates and partners; serve coffee/refreshments
- Monitor and procure office supplies (stationery water coffee equipment)
- Communicate with suppliers service providers cleaning teams and courier companies
- Assist in scheduling and organizing internal and external meetings
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Organize business travel arrangements (accommodation transportation per diem)
- Ensure that all office facilities are functioning properly and that employees have optimal working conditions
- Contact maintenance workers and external service providers when necessary to resolve any office-related issues
- Order and procure refreshments office supplies and any other essentials required by employees
- Support internal communication regarding office events

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Psychology or any other humanities degree
- Good organizational communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Drive
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good command of the English language (minimum B2 level)
- Proactive and hands-on approach to solving daily office and HR tasks
Preferd (not mandatory)
- Previous experience with LinkedIn
- Certification in Assertive Communication Skills
- Familiarity with basic HR processes (onboarding employee record-keeping)
- Experience with scheduling meetings organizing events or handling office inventory
- Drivers license (category B)

- Eligible candidates by profession include those with a diploma from: Bachelor degree in the fields of psychology communication studies or economics.
- He/she has the status of an unemployed person registered in the National Service for at least 3 months
- He/she is up to 30 years of age
- He/she meets the general and special conditions for inclusion in the measure in accordance with the relevant acts of the National Service
- He/she has at least the sixth level of qualifications
- He/she has no work experience in the occupation for which the qualification was acquired or has work experience shorter than the time established for professional experience
- He/she has not been in an employment relationship with that MP within the three-month period of submitting the MPs request for training in the measure.
