Job Description
As a Customer Onboarding & Engagement Specialist you ll lead new user onboarding drive content creation manage customer communities and coordinate projects across support marketing and product teams to improve client experiences and ensure seamless product adoption.
Your Daily Tasks
Onboarding Support
- Conduct 15-minute onboarding calls with new sign-ups
- Gather customer feedback during onboarding and share actionable insights with Product and Support teams
- Recommend improvements to the onboarding experience based on patterns and customer input
Content Creation
- Develop and maintain clear helpful knowledge base articles onboarding playbooks and cheat sheets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and tone of all customer-facing materials
Customer Education & Support
- Provide support to customers during scheduled hours (chat/email)
- Help organize or facilitate webinars to enhance product understanding and feature adoption
Community Engagement
- Manage customer interactions across Facebook Instagram and Trustpilot
- Monitor trends and feedback and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing support and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent user experience
- Track engagement and report key metrics related to onboarding and community initiatives
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
As a Customer Onboarding & Engagement Specialist you should have:
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in roles such as customer onboarding customer success community management or marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven copywriting ability
- Experience creating user-facing content (help docs guides playbooks)
- Experience working across multiple departments in a fast-paced remote environment
- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable engaging customers across different platforms (email chat social media)
- Experience managing or contributing to online communities is a plus
- Background in SaaS tech or digital platforms is an advantage
- Prior exposure to project coordination or content planning is preferred
