Job Description

We are seeking a Site Supervisor for the Night Shift to ensure smooth and safe execution of overnight construction activities in data center projects. The role requires strong field presence safety vigilance and reliable reporting for day shift handovers

Responsibilities

  • Lead nightly supervision of construction works verifying adherence to technical requirements and safety protocols.
  • Monitor subcontractors performing work under limited visibility and ensure installation quality and site integrity.
  • Facilitate communication across shifts by preparing detailed handover reports for day teams.
  • Maintain strict control of access lighting PPE usage and hazard mitigation during night operations.
  • Address on-site issues in real time and ensure compliance with client and internal standards.
  • Record activities in logs issue progress updates and escalate non-conformities as needed.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of site supervision experience in high-security or infrastructure projects with night shift operations.
  • Degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience managing crews during limited hour conditions and ensuring continuity across shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools for reporting and communication.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written communication and safety awareness.
