Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to represent our team in a client-side role on a major infrastructure program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving commercial outcomes.

  • Project Leadership  Proactively manage the design and delivery process to meet client expectations and commercial objectives.
  • Contract Management  Support both pre- and post-contract activities including negotiations payment processes claims and compliance.
  • Financial Oversight  Monitor project budgets identify cost-saving opportunities and provide strategic advice to maintain financial health.
  • Risk Mitigation  Identify financial and contractual risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement  Build strong relationships with clients consultants and internal teams chairing key project meetings and ensuring alignment.

Qualifications :

Were looking for a commercially astute professional with a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset.

  • Relevant Degree  Tertiary qualification in Engineering Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related field.
  • Project Experience  46 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • Technical Proficiency  Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Communication Skills  Excellent written and verbal English with proven report and bid writing experience.
  • Leadership & Initiative  Demonstrated ability to lead work independently and drive outcomes in a client-facing environment.
