Job Description
Serves as primary contact to guests and team members upon arrival in outlet and on phone. Specifically responsible for the following detailed duties.
Duties
- Serve as primary contact for guests and team members greeting all guests and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Take and deliver food orders in person and via telephone following department guidelines.
- Present menu to guests respond to inquiries and apply suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
- Process various forms of payment adhering to accounting standards and cash handling procedures.
- Select and assemble food items for guest pickup from serving kitchen or storage areas.
- Maintain accurate department records and comply with reservation procedures.
- Adhere to company and government safety security and sanitation requirements.
- Perform opening running and closing duties as assigned.
- Assist other positions in the department for support when needed.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items daily specials and beverage lists.
- Respond to guest complaints professionally and urgently following department procedures.
- Operate POS system according to established guidelines.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
