Job Description

Campus Recruiting Specialist- Decatur IL

We are actively seeking a Campus Recruitment Specialist for the North America Campus Recruiting Team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role on an energetic and inclusive team where thinking about candidate and school engagement in new ways is strongly supported. There will be opportunities to work on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit top talent from increasing campus awareness to generating candidate pipelines youll be one of the go-to individuals for all questions early career. Were looking for a creative driven individual who has recruiting experience strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with target schools faculty candidates and hiring managers.
This position is located in Decatur IL and will have a hybrid in office schedule.

In This Role You Will:
  • Assist with the full cycle recruiting process with the eventual goal of process ownership.
  • Assist the campus team with ongoing scheduling screening candidate communications and offer letter administration.
  • Assist with the efficient hiring process and maintain quality pipeline metrics via the ATS (Kenexa/Brassring).
  • Act as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brand on campus.
  • Build solid relationships with aligned hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of our internal skill sets and team dynamics.
  • Support the campus team with applicable recruitment and branding efforts as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 3 years experience with full life cycle recruitment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-25% of the calendar year to campus job fairs events and other applicable meetings (occasional evenings and weekend days as needed).
  • Self-motivated with superior organizational skills integrity and follow through.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced all-hands-on-deck environment.
  • Able to work independently and with little supervision.
  • Assist the team Coordinator with operations in the Decatur office swag distribution booth management event setup/break down and assist with onsite intern needs as needed.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in building sourcing plans for client groups is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to excel in an environment with short timelines and constant change. Must have an agile mindset and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • A physical requirement of this role is the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and walk and/or stand for long periods of time.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
