Dans le cadre de ce poste ax sur la gestion des relations les services-conseils et lexpansion des affaires vous devrez faire ce qui suit :

• Dterminer les objectifs financiers et le style de vie de vos clients fournir des valuations exhaustives et btir des relations long terme grce une expertise en planification financire en tablissement de relations et en prestation de services continue.
• Raliser des analyses pertinentes produire des rapports et tirer des conclusions des rsultats obtenus; formuler des recommandations et valuer lefficacit des programmes des politiques et des pratiques de manire continue.
• Contribuer latteinte des objectifs de lquipe et du service en renforant la qualit du service la clientle et en faisant preuve de dvouement.
• Superviser le service et la productivit; valuer lefficacit et mettre en uvre des amliorations de manire continue.
• Connatre les pratiques exemplaires et les procdures et tre au courant des nouvelles tendances.
• Acqurir des connaissances spcialises et les mettre profit pour offrir du mentorat de laide et de lorientation.
• Entretenir une culture de gestion et de contrle du risque soutenue par une apptence au risque harmonieuse.
• Participer pleinement en tant que membre de lquipe et promouvoir un milieu de travail positif ax sur le service.

Requis:

• Diplme de planificateur(-trice) financier(-ire) dcern par lInstitut de planification financire avant la date dentre en fonction
• Russite du Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilires au Canada (CCVM) OU CFA 1 (ou plus) avant la date dentre en fonction
• Trois cinq annes dexprience dans le domaine bancaire

Utiles:

• Accrditation de lOCRI (ou obtention de laccrditation dans les 90 jours suivant la date dentre en fonction)
• Russite du Cours relatif au Manuel sur les normes de conduite (MNC) dans les 90 jours suivant la date dentre en fonction
• Russite du cours Notions essentielles sur la gestion de patrimoine (NEGP) dans les 30 mois suivant lentre en fonction
• Comprhension approfondie du milieu des concurrents et des enjeux relatifs lconomie et au march
• Excellentes comptences en communication en vue de travailler en quipe et de faon autonome doffrir des services daide et dtablir des relations
