Job Description
Role : FileNet Administrator
Location : Des Moines 3/2 hybrid
Visa : USC/GC
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IBM FileNet Content Navigator and related technologies.
- DataCap experience a plus but not required
- Knowledge of database management scripting and network protocols is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration: Install configure and upgrade FileNet software and related components.
- Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance including backups patch management and performance tuning.
- Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FileNet-related issues working closely with IT and business teams.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations procedures and changes.
- Training: Train and support end-users on FileNet functionalities and best practices.
