Job Title : Lead Business Systems Analyst Cisco Commerce
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 7-20 Years
Location : San Jose California
Responsibilities:
- Must have worked as an ITA for 10 years in the Cisco commerce domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Develop detailed documentation including business process models functional specs user stories and system diagrams.
- Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends root causes and performance metrics.
- Support testing strategy and execution ensuring quality and alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives.
- Guide junior analysts and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and tools tracking milestones and risks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
