Contents Project Manager
What the Contents Team Does
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections and help scope contents and textile jobs
- Lead pack out and pack back teams ensuring all items are carefully handled and documented
- Oversee cleaning and processing of contents using specialized systems (Esporta Morantz Unimac)
- Maintain thorough job documentation including photos notes and inventory in the job management system
- Support quality control by inspecting finished work and ensuring standards are met
- Serve as point of contact for homeowners adjusters and insurance representatives
- Assist in onboarding training and supervising contents team members
- Track project progress timelines and profitability
- Help coordinate logistics for contents delivery storage and returns
- Experience in restoration cleaning warehousing or related field preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead small teams in the field and warehouse
- Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in job management software tablets and inventory systems
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
- IICRC certification in Fire and Smoke Restoration or Contents Cleaning is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
