In this role youll guide a talented team of engineers and technical project managers to implement cutting-edge strategies develop new products and optimize design processes. Youll be at the forefront of technology transfers cost optimization and tool enhancementhelping us deliver smarter more sustainable energy solutions.

How youll make an impact
Lead strategic engineering projects across regional and global teams
Translate customer needs into actionable project requirements
Drive Transfer of Technology (ToT) initiatives across the Hub
Manage product testing aligned with industry standards (IEEE ANSI NEMA NEC)
Collaborate with Supply Chain to meet cost targets and ensure product qualifications
Champion Design to Value (DtV) initiatives to boost customer value and cost efficiency
Implement and enhance engineering design tools across the Hub
Facilitate training and feedback loops to improve tool performance
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field
8 years of experience in engineering product development or project management
Proven track record in leading cross-functional technical teams
Experience with industry standards and product testing protocols
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Familiarity with cost optimization and design tool implementation
