The Integration and Automation Engineer I is responsible for modifying and troubleshooting automation and integration processes. This position works on a team to support the API and RPA processes utilized to improve the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participate in project planning and execution meetings as required.
2. Collaborate with the Integration Automation and Network Administration teams to conduct system quality assurance review.
3. Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to create an understanding of the business goals and feasibility of proposed solutions.
4. Provide on-going support for systems and documentation as needed.
5. Remain abreast of the latest technologies and systems.
6. Support program initiatives by working closely with bank lines of business ensuring data integration and automation align with customer requirements.
7. Deploy integration strategy based on principles of security scalability and quality.
8. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
9. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting marketing business administration finance etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree plus 3 years related experience and/or training.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to read analyze and understand common scientific and technical journals financial reports and legal documents; Ability to respond to complex or difficult inquiries or complaints from customers regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents logarithms quadratic equations and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution determination of test reliability and validity analysis of variance correlation techniques sampling theory and factor analysis.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
