Job Description
Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and strategic ESS regional project manager to lead our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business in Sungrow Europe. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring ESS projects are delivered successfully and high-level customer engagement with team leadership and is central to our expansion in a high-priority growth market. They combine organizational skills leadership and strategic thinking to drive results.
Your profile
1. Project Planning
- Define BESS project scope (SAB level) goals and deliverablesdifferent stages:
- Develop detailed project plans timelines (Gantt charts schedules) and budgets.
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial service product solution contract &l egal finance etc.).
- Motivate and guide the team to meet deadlines.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients executives and team members.
- Provide regular progress updates (status reports meetings).
- Organize regular meeting with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.
- Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.
- Track project payment milestone and ensure adherence to the program & deadline.
- Allocate resources efficiently (manpower tools materials).
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned performance analysis).
Your Profile
- 2-3 years in project management leadership within energy storage renewables or technical infrastructure sectors
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proven experience managing teams and developing customers relationship.
- Skilled in solution-based project management with strong contract negotiation ability
Project Manager Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) PMI
- PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) Entry-level
