Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for an experienced Centerless Grinding Technician role: Setup and operate manual and CNC centerless grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. Candidates can choose from 1st 2nd or 3rd shift.

What you will do
- Set up and operate manual and CNC centerless grinding machines.
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding machines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and ensure high-quality results.
What we are looking for
- Interest in a career in CNC precision grinding and machining.
- 2 years minimum CNC or manual centerless grinding experience or education: set up run and measure parts.
- Experience withCNC operations machine tools blueprint reading.
- Familiarity with precision measuring equipment and CNC systems.
- Computer skills including proficiency in the Windows environment.
- Good mathematical skills and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Choose your work schedule
Minnesota Grinding has three shifts to choose from for the experienced Centerless Grinder role
- First Shift: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
- Second Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday
- Third Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday
