This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workday splitting their time between the Front Desk Cleaning Public Spaces and Laundry operations.
Sojourn Suites is on the cusp of an exciting transformation! While our hotel may be a bit dated right now were about to embark on a major renovation over the next year emerging as a brand-new Hyatt branded hotel. Were searching for a dedicated individual to grow with us through this incredible journey helping us maintain our guest experience during the transition and contributing to our future success as a Hyatt property.
As a Hotel Team Member your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic:
Welcome and check-in guests ensuring a smooth and friendly arrival experience.
Manage reservations answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism and a smile.
Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including the lobby hallways restrooms and common spaces.
Ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests.
Proactively address any spills or messes keeping the hotel looking its best at all times.
Operate commercial laundry equipment to wash dry and fold linens towels and other hotel textiles.
Sort and organize laundry ensuring a consistent supply for guest rooms and other operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laundry area.
Adaptability & Flexibility: You thrive in a role where every day is different and are comfortable switching between tasks.

Availability: You must be available to work evenings including shifts as late as 1:00 AM and weekends.
Previous experience in hospitality customer service or a similar role is a plus but were willing to train the right person!
Part-Time
