As a qualified Physiotherapist with a passion for aged care this is your chance to join Plena Healthcares large supportive multidisciplinary team. Youll play a key role in delivering personalised evidence-based care to residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities helping them live well and stay active for longer.
At Plena youll be part of an exciting shift in how allied health services are delivered. Through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway (recipient of the 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) youll provide goal-driven functional programs tailored to each residents needs and aspirations.
What youll do:
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support mobility transfers and daily living.
- Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention pain management arthritic care and skin integrity.
- Create individualised therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
- Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents needs evolve.
- Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring forward-thinking team.

To join our inspiring team you will need:
- A bachelors degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
