Job Description
Overview
JOB SUMMARY: Directly reports to the MCH Director. Provides direction and guidance to the nurse managers supervisors and delivery of quality nursing care throughout the hospital. Responsible for the effective delivery of competent compassionate and efficient patient care in Labor and Delivery & Couplet Care. This includes overall direction of clinical human resources and financial management.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
- Current California RN license.
- Five years recent supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years recent active clinical experience in high risk L&D
- Bachelors degree required Master degree preferred.
