Job Description

Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $48600 - Midpoint: $60800 (Salaried E7)

Department/Organization:600111 - General Admin

Normal Work Schedule:Varies

Job Summary:The Mal Moore Operations Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the Mal Moore Athletic Facility. Supports high level professionals including Athletic Director Head Football Coach Assistant Football Coaches. Oversees the command center of Mal Moore Athletic Facility which monitors the ingress/egress of the facility. Ensures security protocols are followed. Provides customer service for all Athletic departments.

Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree and some experience; OR associates degree and two (2) years of experience; OR high school diploma or GED and four (4) years of experience.

Skills and Knowledge:Proficient with personal computers standard applications software (word processing spreadsheet and/or database management programs). Ability to use fingerprinting devices to include Security and Dining Hall. Proficient with multi-line phone copier/fax/scanner and Stentofon for access to building. Excellent Communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences including students prospective students parents alumni donors guest coaches fans staff and general public. Strong human relation skills. Ability to be aware of characteristics that may pose a threat or harm to staff/facility. Ability to maintain a strict standard of confidentiality and professionalism. .

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Picture Perfect Security system or access/building video control system software such as Avigilon. Knowledge of University purchasing and accounting procedures. Banner experience.
