Job Description

What youll do
As an experiencedSenior HR Services Manager in Regnology you will be a key member of our dynamic and international HR team. You will contribute to the growth and evolution of our global HR Services function.
Initially focused on managing HR operations for our Tunisia-based employees your role will expand to include responsibilities for global locations.
Youll join a collaborative team environment and work across various HR areas including payroll benefits employee data management and compliance.

Management & Steering
  • Manage daily HR services operations in Tunisia and contribute to global HR process development
  • Steer international payroll operations and ensure smooth and compliant payroll processing across regions
  • Support international HR projects and change initiatives

HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee data and digital personnel files in our HR system
  • Handle HRrelated correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality is upheld in all HR practices
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to maintain compliance and alignment with company standards

Process Improvement & Tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across global HR processes
  • Assist in implementing HR tools and platforms for improved service delivery

  • 4 years of experience managing international HR processes in a global organization with focus on payroll compensation & benefits
  • Bachelors degree in HR business or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and experience in payroll preparation
  • Fluent in French; proficiency in English is essential; other language skills are a plus
  • Strong understanding of people with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Proactive mindset and sensitivity in handling confidential data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
